On this journey we take from
minimum 1 bird watcher (ONE bird watcher) to a maximum of 12 bird watchers (TWELVE
bird watchers) per trip to ensure that everyone's needs and interests can be
met at the same time minimize the environment impact.
Beside birds you may be expected to see
some of Bornean fauna species include Maroon Langur, Pig-tailed Macaque,
Long-tailed Macaque, Silvered Leaf Monkey, Grey Leaf Monkey, wild boar, Squirrel’s,
Crocodile, Tortoise, Water monitor lizard, Snake’s, dragonflies, Butterflies,
and more.

Birding in the wild Peat swamp could be difficult and unpredictable, it’s also
depending on the flowering, fruiting, breeding, Migration and the weather, but
with perseverant patience and determination are usually rewarded which often
lead to unforgettable birding experience.

D1 Hotel Lobby – Peat Swamp Birding
- 7:00am Meet, greet at hotel lobby – transfer straight to Peat Swamp Nature Camp
- Birding along the way on the boat
- Settle in peat swamp nature camp
- Peat swamp birding – Black – Naped Monarch, Malaysian Blue Flycatcher, white – crowned forktail, Bornean Bristlehead, Black – Hooded Oriole, Crestless Fireback, Black Partridge, and more
- Night birding safari bushy fish owl, night heron, and other birds that sleep by the rivers
- Overnight at Peat swamp Nature Camp - simple mattress bed, clean bed sheet, pillow with clean case, clean blanket and mosquito net.
- Generator is to light up the camp and recharge camera battery. Will be switch off when bed time.

- 6:00am wrinkled hornbill, Rhinoceros Hornbill, Black Hornbill, Pied Hornbill, Long-tailed parakeet, bee’s eater, grey imperial pigeon, black and white broadbill, and many other birds.
