On this journey we take from
minimum 1 birder (ONE birder) to a maximum of 12 birders (TWELVE birders) per
trip to ensure that everyone's needs and interests can be met at the same time
minimize the environment impact.
Beside birds you may be expected to see
some of the Bornean fauna species include Borneo Gibbon, Maroon Langur,
Pig-tailed Macaque, Silvered Leaf Monkey, Long-tailed Macaque, Lesser Mouse
Deer, Greater Mouse Deer, Red Muntjac, Clouded Leopard, Sun bear, wild boar, Common
Palm Civet, Small – Toothed Palm civets, Slow loris, Porcupine, Giant Tufted
Ground Squirrels, Flying Squirrel’s, Pigmy Squirrel, water monitor lizard, Draco,
Green Whip Snake, leeches, Odonata, Butterflies, Spiders, insects and more.

emphasis of our trips is to see or photographing as wide range of Bornean birds
as possible. Birding or photographing in the wild forests could be difficult
and unpredictable, it’s also depending on the breeding, flowering, fruiting, migration, and weather but with perseverant patience and determination are usually rewarded
which often lead to unforgettable birding experience.

D1 Airport or Serasa Ferry Terminal - Lowland
Forest Birding
- Either meet and greet from Brunei International Airport or Serasa Ferry Terminal
- transfer straight to Forest Nature Camp
- watch or photographing birds bathing from the natural hide (Depending on the weather)
- Forest edge bird photography or birding
- Nocturnal birding Nightjar, Owl, Frogmouth and other fauna species
- Discuss next day birding sight
- Overnight at Forest Nature Camp - simple mattress bed, clean bed sheet, pillow with clean case, clean blanket and mosquito net.
- Generator would be switch on to lighting and guest could their recharge camera battery. It will be switch off at bed time.

- Dawn walk straight to natural hide for Giant Pitta, Garnet Pitta, Banded Pitta, Roulroul, and other bird fauna
- birding thro forest hill top
- More nocturnal forest birding
- Discuss next day birding sight
