On this journey we take from
minimum 1 birder (ONE birder) to a maximum of 12 birder (TWELVE birders) per
trip to ensure that everyone's needs and interests can be met at the same time
minimize the environment impact.
Beside birds you may be expected to see
some of the Bornean fauna species include Borneo Gibbon, Maroon Langur,
Pig-tailed Macaque, Silvered Leaf Monkey, Long-tailed Macaque, Lesser Mouse Deer,
Greater Mouse Deer, Red Muntjac, Clouded Leopard, Sun bear, wild boar, Common
Palm Civet, Small – Toothed Palm civets, Slow loris, Giant Tufted Ground Squirrels,
Pigmy Squirrel, water monitor lizard, Draco, Green Whip Snake, leeches,
Odonata, Butterflies, Spiders, insects and more.

emphasis of our trips is to see or photograph as wide range of Bornean birds fauna
as possible. Birding in the wild forests could be difficult and unpredictable,
it’s also depending on the flowering, fruiting, breeding, migration, and most
of all the weather, but with perseverant patience and determination are usually
rewarded which often lead to unforgettable birding experience.

WEATHER
D1 Airport/Ferry Terminal to Nak Pulau Nature
Camp
- Either Meet and greet from Brunei International Airport or Serasa Ferry Terminal
- Transfer direct to Forest Nature Camp
- watch or photograph birds bathing (Depending on the weather)
- forest edge birding
- Nocturnal birding – night jar, frogmouth, owl and other nocturnal bird
- Overnight at Forest Nature Camp - simple mattress bed, clean bed sheet, pillow with clean case, clean blanket and mosquito net.
- Generator is to light up the camp and recharge camera battery.
- Will be switch off when bed time.

D2 Lowland forest birding
- 6:00am Crested Fireback, Roulroul partridge, giant pitta, garnet pitta and other wildlife from natural hide
- Forest edge birding
- Night birding thro the stream near camp
- Overnight at Forest Nature Camp - simple mattress bed, clean bed sheet, pillow with clean case, clean blanket and mosquito net.

- camera with long zoom would be recommend for photographing birds
